Contact Us
Questions, corrections, pitches. One business day response, usually faster. Use the bold links below to reach us by email or phone.
Contact us by email and your note reaches the tester who wrote the guide. We monitor this inbox Monday to Friday, 9 to 5, and reply within one business day. For the fastest answer, put the page URL in the subject line instead of sending a general question.
Prefer to talk? Tap Phone to message our WhatsApp line. This number is monitored during normal working hours for quick questions, photos of a fault and short corrections, and we aim to answer within one to two business days. Please do not send long documents or legal notices through WhatsApp; email is better for anything that needs a record.
Write to us
Use the form below and we route your note straight to the tester who wrote the guide. We read every message and reply within one business day. If a note needs a retest, we tell you the date it will be published rather than leave you guessing.
What to include
Buying tips: product name, the price you saw, and a photo of the issue. Corrections: page URL plus the correct number and a source. Pitches: your beat, two topic ideas, and sample test photos. The clearer your note, the quicker we can act.
Press and review units
Manufacturers may send review units, but we accept them only on the condition that we keep our own scoring and our own conclusions. We disclose every loan in the guide that uses it, and we still buy most products at retail.
Reader requests
Around a third of the products we test each year are suggested by readers. If there is a car, tire or accessory you want measured, tell us what you would use it for so we can design a test that answers your real question.
Response times
We answer most notes the same business day and all of them within one. Complex corrections that need a retest take longer, but we will tell you the plan and the date rather than leave you waiting.
Corrections we act on fast
A wrong price, a broken link or a misspelled product name is fixed within 48 hours. A claim about a test result goes back to the tester who ran it, and we publish the outcome either way, including when our original finding stands.
Pitches and contributors
We welcome writers who own and use the gear they cover. Send two ideas and a short note on how you would test them. We pay for accepted work and expect the same hands-on standard as our in-house team.
Privacy of your note
We never publish your email or full name unless you ask us to. If we quote your correction, we attribute it only with your permission.
Not the right channel for
Please do not send legal notices here; use the DMCA page instead. We also cannot provide one-to-one buying advice for every reader, but popular questions often become a full guide later.
What happens after you write
We log your note, route it to the right tester and reply. If it needs a retest, we schedule it and tell you the date. If we cannot help, we say so and suggest somewhere better rather than leave you hanging.
Sending files and samples
Photos of a fault help most, so attach two or three clear shots in good light. Keep files under 10MB. We do not accept executables, and we never open an unexpected attachment from an unknown sender.
Feedback on our guides
Tell us which page, which claim and what you expected to see. A specific note with a number and a source is the fastest way to get a correction published. We credit readers who spot real errors when they agree to it.
Requests we cannot take
We do not accept sponsored-post pitches, link-insertion offers or paid reviews of any kind. Notes asking us to add a commercial link are ignored. Genuine corrections, test ideas and reader stories are always welcome, but we cannot run a personal shopping service for every request. That single rule keeps our advice independent, honest and worth trusting.
